Regulations

The Bachelor’s Degree Programme operates in accordance with university-wide policies and specific course regulations that govern your academic career, rights, and duties.

University-Wide Regulations

The primary reference document for all general rules is the Manifesto degli Studi (Student Prospectus), which contains guidelines on enrollment, tuition fees, financial aid, and credit transfers. In addition, the following institutional bylaws apply:

  • University Teaching Regulations (Regolamento Didattico di Ateneo): Outlines the general organization of educational activities and teaching principles across the University of Florence.
  • Student Disciplinary Regulatiodr_599_2024_regolamento_disciplinare_studenti ns (Regolamento Disciplinare per gli Studenti - DR 599/2024): Establishes the rights, duties, and code of conduct for the student community.

Degree Programme Regulations (Regolamento del CdL)

The Regolamento del Corso di Studio defines the specific rules governing this degree programme. It regulates the exact exams included in the two tracks (Management and MIQ), the procedures for submitting or modifying your Study Plan, admission requirements, and the modalities for the Final Graduation Exam (Prova Finale).

Students must refer to the official Regulations based on their specific enrollment year (cohort / coorte):

  • Degree Programme Regulations - Cohort 2025/2026 (1)
  • Degree Programme Regulations - Cohort 2024/2025 (PDF) (2)
  • Degree Programme Regulations - Cohort 2023/2024 (PDF) (3)

Academic Framework (Ordinamento Didattico)

The Programme Regulations are based on the National Academic Framework (Ordinamento di riferimento), which establishes the fundamental structure of the degree. This includes the official degree title, core learning objectives, and the mandatory distribution of ECTS credits across various academic disciplines (SSD - Settori Scientifico-Disciplinari), fully compliant with the Italian National Degree Class L-18 (Class of Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration and Management).
